Scarecrow Dip:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Fry the 6 pieces of thick bacon until dark and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Caramelize onions in a cast-iron skillet with a little salt and butter until they turn from light brown to dark brown.
  3. Place the bacon and caramelized onions in a food processor and pulse until well blended.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1/3 of Greek yogurt with salt and pepper and 2/3 of regular yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture in a shallow pan.
  6. Decorate the dip with kale leaves, sliced green peppers, cucumbers, and shredded carrots to create a scarecrow face.
  7. Use olives to make the eyes and smile, and an Oreo cookie (without the icing) for the crow on the scarecrow's head.
  8. Serve with crackers or other desired dippers.
