Grilled Green Tomato Recipe

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced green tomatoes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  3. Preheat the grill and use a grilling rack to protect the vegetables during grilling.
  4. Grill the coated green tomato slices until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill once they are done.
  5. In a serving bowl, layer the grilled green tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the tomatoes for a refreshing herb flavor.
  7. Add the Parmesan cheese on top to enhance the taste.
  8. Serve the grilled green tomatoes as a delightful side dish or as a topping for hamburgers.
